Guoyang Valve (GY Balls) designed and developed the trunnion valve ball five years ago, originally it’s for satisfying the multi and increasing requisition of our existing customers, at the meantime, it also can enrich our existing product range, now it makes us can support our customers in a higher and better level. Guoyang Valve (GY Balls) can process trunnion balls size range DN40~DN400mm (1.5”~16”).
From appearance, Guoyang Valve (GY Balls) trunnion ball has outer trunnion and inner trunnion two kinds of balls. The outer trunnion is that there are two projecting trunnions in upper and lower place of the ball, and the inner trunnion is that it has two trunnion groove/ slot in upper and lower place of the ball, to place the connecting trunnions/ stems/ bearing.
Guoyang Valve (GY Balls) trunnion valve balls are mainly assembled in high-performance trunnion designed ball valves, side and top entry, fully welded, cast & forged 2/ 3 pcs body with flanged or butt welding ends.
