Preforming

The preforming process of the raw material is mainly for Guoyang Valve (GY Balls) hollow valve ball series products, the mold pressing connects with the following welding process to realize the production of hollow ball blanks, Guoyang Valve (GY Balls) can process it from raw material to finished blanks, so it’s another one of the most competitive techniques.

The hollow ball blanks process is more complicated than the solid ball, it can be made from steel plate, via cutting, bending, rounding, internal tube seam welding, outer shell pressing, 1st slot milling, shell and internal tube combination welding, slot base/ slot wedge welding, the following machining processes are the same with solid ball.  

Guoyang Valve (GY Balls) hollow ball process technique is very flexible, we can do the design, technical verification and mass production one stop service according to the working conditions, it’s an economic solution compare with solid ball, for customers who have limited purchasing budget and are sensitive to the cost, it can reduce and save the purchasing cost as much as 50%.
