Manufacturing is the most critical process of Guoyang Valve (GY Balls), it directly determines the capacity. Currently, Guoyang Valve (GY Balls) has three main production lines, the solid ball, the hollow ball and the special ball (customized, non-standardized).

In total, Guoyang Valve (GY Balls) equipped more than 200 sets of CNC machines, based on the 6S management workshop with more than 85 working staffs, has special branch production lines for each process, such as small-size valve ball production line, Medium-size valve ball production line, hollow valve ball production line, Inner Bore Machining Line, Outer Surface Machining and Chamfering Line, Stem Slot Milling Line, Grinding & Polishing Line, Ultrasonic Cleaning Line, Packaging Line, etc., the max daily capacity can reach to 40,000 pcs/ day, powerful capacity guaranteed the balls can be made out and delivered in possible short period, and deliver to customer and project site in time.
